아주 영광스러운 결과라 볼 수 있습니다.

2015년 고혁 선배님(1988학번 응용미술학과 공업디자인: 현재 출강중)께서 프로페셔널 분야 수상하신 이후이니 9년만의 쾌거네요.

작년(2023년)에는 전라북도 산업디자인대전에서 "대상 : 산업통상장관상", "우수상"을 수상하고 한해를 마무리했는데

올해는 레드 닷 어워드에서 "BEST OF THE BEST" 수상하며 한학기를 마무리 합니다.

아무쪼록 김상은 · 마서영 학우의 도전과 수상을 축하 해 주십니다.

지금부터는 작품감상을 해보겠습니다.

"실내·산업디자인학과"의 김상은, 마서영(지도교수 박정주, 안현정)은 세계적으로 권위 있는 2024년 레드닷 어워드에서 "Best of the Best"를 수상하였다. 

이 공모전은 독일에서 개최되는 디자인 공모전으로, 디자이너들의 실력과 평판을 증명하는 명예로운 자리이다.

김상은과 마서영은 4학년 주제인 프로젝트 "ATTI"로 의료 제품 디자인 분야에서 이 상을 받았다. 

"ATTI"는 소아 당뇨병 환자들을 위한 혈당 측정기와 인슐린 주사기로, 날카로운 바늘이 주는 공포감을 없애고 아이들에게 친근감을 주는 디자인으로 주목받았다.

 이 장치는 2WAY 방식으로 혈당 측정과 인슐린 주사가 가능하며, 유압 모터를 활용하여 부드럽게 인슐린을 투여할 수 있는 점이 특징이다.

또한, UX/UI를 바탕으로 모바일 기기와 연동되어 환자의 정보를 전달하고 분석할 수 있으며, 위급 상황 시 경고 기능도 제공한다. 세계적 표준을 위해 USB-C 타입의 케이블로 충전이 가능하다.

한편, "실내· 산업디자인학과"는 2023년 12월 "제37회 전라북도 산업디자인 대전"에서 제품 디자인 분야 "Pallas: 스마트 기술을 활용한 특수경찰용 헬멧 디자인"으로 대상(산업통상부 장관상)을, 은상("안다미로: 민화의 추상화를 적용한 굿즈 디자인")을 수상하여 연달아 제품 디자인 분야에서 두각을 나타내고 있다.

학과장 안현정 교수는 “앞으로 의생명, 운송, 농업, 모빌리티, 군사용품, 굿즈 등의 제품 디자인 분야에 특화시키기 위해 교육과정을 검토 중이며, 이를 발전시키기 위해 관련 전문가들과 협의 중”이라고 밝혔다. "실내·산업디자인학과" 의 박정주, 안현정 교수는 2024년 광역모집을 앞두고 전공에 대한 수요 조사를 실시하였으며, 교육과정에 필요한 교육과정과 전문가 집단 인프라 구축을 구상하고 있다.

Design Brief(디자인설계)

Children with pediatric diabetes have to take blood samples themselves every day to measure their blood glucose levels and get insulin injections. However, most children are visually afraid of blood collectors and syringes with sharp needles. ATTI is a medical brand for pediatric diabetes patient, designed to make diabetes management easy for both children and adults.

Summary(요약)

Blood glucose kit consists of a blood glucose meter, insulin syringe, insulin capsule, and charge, designed for pediatric diabetes patients. This device is intended to reduce aversion to medical equipment, protect against external germs or infections and unfavorable perceptions, resembling more of a therapeutic product rather than conventional medical equipment. It seamlessly into our daily lives.

Description (묘사)

ATTI’s blood glucose meter is a 2-way device that combines the functions of a blood collector and a meter. Instead of sharp needles, it collects blood through laser blood sampling. Also, It can simultaneously conduct blood glucose measurements, and the measured glucose levels are displayed briefly on the device.

Similarly, ATTI’s insulin injection incorporates a hydraulic motor instead of sharp needles, reducing fear and aversion. In addition, insulin can be refilled into the device, allowing for insulin administration without needles, thus reducing the risk of secondary injections and enabling the replacement of insulin capsules, making it suitable for long-term use.

Both devices can be conveniently charged by docking them onto the charging tray. On the right side of the charging tray, you can check the date, time, and the charging status of each device, and the charging tray can be charged via a USB-C type cable.

These two devices are linked to ATTI’s application, automatically recording the patient’s blood glucose levels and calculating the insulin dosage corresponding to the blood glucose level without requiring manual input from the patient. And then, insulin can be administered automatically through the device. Furthermore, patients can check their health reports and easily manage their health, diet, and exercise routines through the application.
